The 56th Congress of the International Society for Applied Ethology (ISAE) will be held in Tallinn on August 1-5, 2023. The organisers are happy to welcome about 400 scientists from all over the world to present their latest scientific research. The congress covers the fields of biology, ethology, veterinary medicine, animal husbandry and animal protection, concerning farm and companion animals as well as animals used in laboratories, kept in zoos, or wildlife management.

Companies, organisations and private persons interested in animal husbandry and behaviour are cordially invited to join the ISAE congress as supporters or exhibitors. The following packages are available:

  • Gold Sponsorship € 5,000
  • Silver Sponsorship € 3,500
  • Exhibitor Package € 1,750
  • In-kind Donations

Gold Sponsorship € 5,000

As an exclusive Gold Sponsor, you have the opportunity to support the Festive evening and an oral session or the poster exhibition. Gold Sponsors will be mentioned in the congress newsletter (sent via email to all registered attendees). Gold Sponsors will additionally be published:

  • on the congress website isae2023.ee
  • as a full-page advertisement in the congress programme book
  • on the (electronic) display board round the registration desk area

Gold Sponsorship also includes:

  • the registration fee for two persons
  • 8 m² floor space at the congress venue including a desk with two chairs and power supply.

Silver Sponsorship € 3,500

As an exclusive Silver Sponsor you have the option to support either an oral session or the poster exhibition.

Silver-Sponsors will be mentioned in the congress newsletter (sent via email to all registered attendees). Silver Sponsors will additionally be published:

  • on the congress website isae2023.ee
  • as a half-page advertisement in the congress programme book
  • on the screen at the beginning of the respective oral session, or in the area of the poster exhibition

Silver Sponsorship also includes:

  • the registration fee for one person (50% discount for additional persons)
  • 8 m² floor space at the congress venue including a desk with two chairs and power supply.

Exhibitor Package € 1,750

Interested companies may present their products at the congress. The following services are included:

  • the exhibitor’s logo on the congress website isae2023.ee
  • logo in the congress programme book
  • 8 m² floor space at the congress venue including a desk and power supply. The exhibition area is located in close vicinity to the lecture halls.

Further Options

We will gratefully accept broader support as well, such as suitable in-kind donations (stationery, catering, reduced or gratis entrance fees for lecturers). If necessary, we are happy to adapt our offer to your specific needs or requirements. The opportunity to provide folders, hand-outs or other kinds of printed information inserts into our congress bags is limited!
