Format: (PowerPoint/landscape,size16:9)

All presentations must be loaded onto the laptop provided in advance. Check in your presentation with the lecture hall technician as early as possible. Technicians will be present in the morning before the first session starts and during the coffee breaks.

Take up your station during the discussion time of the previous speaker. The total speaking time allowed is 12 minutes, followed by 3 min discussion and time for changing sessions. Your session chair will help you keep the time with a warning signal 2-3 min before the end of your speaking time. Keep your time limit as sessions run in parallel and people will enter or move to other lectures during the discussion time.
